Privacy Policy: Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information regarding the collection, usage, and disclosure of data. This Data Request Policy supplements our Privacy Policy by outlining the types of data requests we receive and how we respond to such requests.
Types of Requests: We handle the following types of requests related to customer data:
- Data Requests: These requests involve the retrieval of information or documents pertaining to customer accounts in connection with official criminal investigations or legal proceedings. We require data requests to comply with formal legal processes and procedures in Pakistan, unless in limited emergency situations. Examples of data requests include court orders, search warrants, requests from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), and other forms of legal process. We respond to these requests as required by law.
- Preservation Requests: Preservation requests ask Alfazone to retain customer account records for official criminal investigations or legal proceedings. To make a preservation request, the following information must be provided:
- Identification of the account(s) in question (as described in Section 4 below)
- Identification of the investigating agency and/or specific pending official proceedings (requests must be submitted on law enforcement letterhead)
- Assurances that the requesting agency or individual is taking appropriate legal steps to obtain access to the data we are asked to retain
- A valid return email address and phone number
- Emergency Requests: Emergency requests are appropriate only in cases involving imminent serious bodily harm, death, or terrorism. We respond to these requests promptly when we have a good faith belief that delaying a response could lead to harm.
Information to Include in a Request: A request for customer data should include the following information:
- First and last name of the customer and their associated email address
- The domain name and/or IP address associated with the account
Please note that we may require a copy of the complaint and supporting documentation demonstrating the relevance of the requested information to the pending litigation and underlying subpoena.
Fees: We may seek reimbursement for costs associated with responding to requests as permitted by law. Additional fees may apply for unusual or burdensome requests.

Available Information: Depending on the type of formal legal process provided, we may be able to provide the following types of data:
- Non-Content: We can produce non-content information, including basic subscriber details such as:
- Name
- Email addresses
- Date and time of account creation
- Billing information
- IP logs
- Credit card details
- Content: We will only provide customer content, such as website files and email content, in response to a valid search warrant issued by an entity with proper jurisdiction.
